Robinson Crusoe Island can be reached by air or sea, both reliable and safe options to cover the 670 km of distance that separates the archipelago from the mainland.
Arriving by air
The fastest way to get to Robinson Crusoe Island from the mainland is by air. Three airlines operate the route in high season, departing from Santiago, on a 2-hour flight. From the aerodrome located to the west of the island, a boat takes visitors by sea to the town of San Juan Bautista, taking around an hour.

Arriving by sea
La travesía dura entre 48 y 72 horas dependiendo de la embarcación y de las condiciones climáticas. Durante la navegación en alta mar es posible observar aves y cetáceos. Los traslados incluyen desayuno, almuerzo y cena.
Se recomienda reservar con anticipación y considerar un margen de tiempo adicional, ya que el clima puede generar retrasos en el zarpe.
